Transit Management Customer System Renewals.
Since our inaugural management agreement in 1999, PTM has renewed all but two of our management contracts that have gone out to bid. This is an accomplishment that no other transit management firm can claim. We are proud of and challenged by what we consider to be an incomparable and unique record of endorsement.
PTM's strategy is relatively simple but very successful and a "win-win" situation for all involved. We provide accomplished management with assistance from proven, technical experts, and always delivers this service in an atmosphere of openness and honesty.
PTM believes the universal approval from our transit industry customers serves to corroborate and reinforce our management philosophy and accomplishments. Since our inception, our approach has been to satisfy the customer first, always provide unparalleled and open communications, and to approach every issue with unquestioned integrity. We have no magic wand or perfect answers – we provide accomplished professionals in a constant atmosphere of openness, honesty, and integrity – the results speak for themselves.
