About - PTM Senior Management
Tom Hock, co-founder and CEO of PTM, is one of the most experienced transit management executives in the industry. For over 30 years, Tom has played an active role in countless transit systems throughout the U.S., particularly in labor relations decisions. Prior to establishing PTM, Tom served as Vice President of Labor Relations and Executive Vice President of Transit Management for Ryder/ATE.
Will Scott, President, oversees PTM's Region Managers and assists PTM systems with strategic planning, Board development, marketing and service planning. Will has over 30 years of transit operations, planning, marketing and administration experience.
Alex Roman, Region Vice President, is a 30+ year transit veteran with expertise in fixed route and paratransit operations, labor relations, strategic planning, financial management, marketing, community relations and a wide variety of other transit management functions.
Don Jans, Region Vice President, has 30+ years experience in public transportation with expertise in safety, training, operations, labor relations, administration and developing policies/procedures.
