About - PTM Senior Management
Tom Hock, President and co-founder of PTM, is one of the most experienced transit management executives in the industry. For over 30 years, Tom has played an active role in countless transit systems throughout the U.S., particularly in labor relations decisions. Prior to establishing PTM, Tom served as Vice President of Labor Relations and Executive Vice President of Transit Management for Ryder/ATE.
Mike Setzer, Executive Vice President and co-founder of PTM, is a 30+ year transit veteran with extensive experience in operations, maintenance and administration. Mike also served as Executive Vice President of Transit Management for Ryder/ATE, succeeding Tom Hock in that role. In addition, he served as Vice President of Operations for Ryder/MLS, which provided outsourced fleet maintenance to cities and counties. Mike currently serves as the General Manager of the Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority (SORTA) in Cincinnati, OH.
Will Scott, Vice President of Strategic Services, assists PTM systems with strategic planning, Board development, marketing and service planning. He also serves as Region Manager for our customer systems in Tucson, AZ and Richmond, VA. Will has 30 years of transit operations, planning, marketing and administration experience.
Bob Edwards, Vice President of Business Development has over 20 years of both domestic and international transit experience in management, consulting, labor and capital equipment sales. Throughout his career, Bob has held positions in marketing, operations, general and executive management.
